Welcome to Heavenly Scents. By using and/or ordering products from this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as described here.

All orders are placed subject to UK law, any dispute must be dealt with by UK courts under the English legal system.
Before you can place an order, you will need to register. Very rarely your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful due to mistake or technical error. Whilst we cannot be held liable for this, we will do all we can to resolve issues arising from such events. If your order is accepted, then you accept that you are contractually bound to pay the total for the order and together with the delivery costs as stated. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail within 24 hours.
Most of my wax melts are made up after receiving orders, please take this into concideration when placing your order. Turnaround is normally 3-4 working days, but can be longer. I aim to send out orders within this timescale.
We accept payment by Paypal, cash on collection or bank transfer (please contact me for bank details).
Orders are posted out on Monday’s, Wednesday and Friday’s only. Delivery will be made by whatever means is the most economical, this may be Royal mail, Parcel Force or another courier. Postage costs include packaging materials and no refund will be made on over paid postage as postage quotes are always estimates. Paying the order cost is deemed to be acceptance of the postage/delivery charges. As the postage calculator cannot cover all possibilities I reserve the right to contact you for additional delivery charges if you reside in a hard to reach area or an area that is not covered by the usual delivery agent, or for any other reason why delivery charges may be more than expected. If extra postage is needed you will be charged the actual extra cost of delivery and you will have the option to accept the cost or cancel your order. After orders leave Heavenly Scents they are no longer the responsibility of Heavenly Scents. Everything is checked and double checked to ensure that goods leave in perfect condition. If orders are lost or damaged please contact me for details of you delivery method and I will provide details needed for any claim you may wish to make. Once handed over to the delivery agent any loss, delay or damage becomes the responsibility of the delivery agent and any claim for compensation should be lodged with the carrier.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by email to email@example.com If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
As per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and/or insurance when returning a parcel. Postage costs will not be refunded. Any free gifts associated with an order must be returned at the same time or the cost of the gift will be deducted from the refund. Please return the items to the address at the top of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the order value.
Should you require a refund for faulty/wrong goods please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and explaining the fault. Requests for refunds due to faulty products must be submitted as soon as reasonably practicable. You will probably be asked to return the item to us. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item you will be offered a correct replacement or refund. Electric Burners have a 28 day refund or replace timescale.
We must be notified of incorrect, missing or damaged products as soon as reasonably practicable but within 48 hours of receipt. All orders are double checked carefully before dispatch to minimise the chance of an incorrect product or a product missing from your parcel. Please check your order carefully before emailing to advise of a faulty/missing/incorrect product.
Suitability for purpose
I do not accept responsibility for misuse of my products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion. I do not accept responsibility for damage or defect of goods arising from incorrect storage or use by the customer. I accept no liability for loss or consequential damage arising from the goods supplied, unless it is caused by our negligence or breach of duty.
All wax melts and burners are checked carefully before dispatch to the customer. I cannot be held responsible for deterioration of the products due to the customer's incorrect storage conditions ie, exposure to direct sunlight, frost, humidity or heat etc.

The privacy and security of your personal information is important to us. Heavenly Scents is committed to protecting your privacy and will never disclose your personal details to anybody. We use the information you provide to complete orders, keep you informed of the progress of your order & to send you further information.
All product ideas are Heavenly Scents and Heavenly Scents have no affiliation with any other wax provider. Information and products on the website are the property of Heavenly Scents and should not be duplicated in any way.
